Rhythm Kirra Hill
Rhythm Kirra Hill is positioned in a highly sort after beachside residential precinct perched above Coolangatta’s beaches on the edge of the Coolangatta retail and commercial district. The project has been designed by leading architects BDA and is to comprise forty x two bedroom units within a seven storey building. There are to be five different floor plates all of a unique nature that have been designed to appeal to a wide section of the market. The project features a wide array of communal amenity including roof top pool and BBQ area, sauna, meeting room, parcel lockers, gym and outdoor shower.
