The evolution of Robina is set to continue in 2024 with Immerse Projects revealing the first images of its eight-storey mixed-use development, Ombré, ahead of the project’s launch in March.

Gold Coast builder John Kearney has been given the green light to develop a seven-storey apartment project at Coolangatta. The 40-apartment project is planned for a 1000sqm site on the corner of Garrick and Musgrave streets, one block back from the beach and Coolangatta’s RT Peak Memorial Park.

Local developer Greyburn has lodged plans for a 19-storey residential tower in Coolangatta as demand for the Gold Coast’s red-hot apartment market continues to outstrip supply.
